mailings

For many jobs we print and finish there is one final service we undertake - mailing it out on behalf of our customers to the mailing list they supply. We offer a comprehensive mailing handling service for our customers in the Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire area as well as those further afield. If your mailing is to prospects and you need help to source a targeted mailing profile we would also be happy to assist.

Postage

For mailings satisfying the Royal Mail's criteria (a mix of weight, size and volume) we can process your database in either Walksort, Mailsort or Presstream sequence to provide you with typically substantial postage savings. We charge for the additional costs we incur for setting up the database and bagging in this sequence but the balance of postage savings are yours.

Addressing

Using your database we can offer a number of addressing alternatives. Labeling is fine for some smaller mailings. With personalised mailings using a window envelope we can output a covering letter with address on your letterhead. For polywrap mailings normally we output laser carrier sheets. And now with our Indigo digital press we can offer the option of printing and addressing in one pass (ideal for postcards or flyers).

Insertion

Polywrap – our automated polywrap line pops your mailing items (newsletter, brochure, inserts etc.) together with an address carrier sheet into either a clear or gold poly bags. The carrier sheet can carry your own marketing messages as well as the PPI. The machine caters for documents between A5 and A4 size.

Envelopes – some customers prefer an envelope, from DL or C5 to C4 (and all points in between). For many we overprint (one or two colours can be very effective) a marketing message with the PPI.
