To get your job to the finish line just as you need it requires the right kit in the right hands.
We’re confident your work couldn’t be in safer hands than our Print Room team.
Sheila Speakman - the 'WonderWoman' of the front office. Possibly the first voice you speak to on the phone and the experience to ease any anxieties! Sheila combines managing our Accounts with keeping an eye on the progress of many jobs through the system
Jane Bowyer - Sheila's partner in Accounts and, as is our practice, not afraid to combine taking calls in one hand and helping finish an urgent print job with the other.
Duncan Betts - Fast approaching 100 years in the print business – well, it must be close or how else could one person have amassed such encyclopedic knowledge! Duncan is in at the start of most jobs as our main estimator and also coordinates production to make sure your job is on time.
Helen Bowden - Cut Helen down the middle and you'll either reveal 'Customer Care' or 'Netball' (depends which way you slice). Helen is there to help at the outset of jobs which perhaps need a little added input from our end. And she’s keen to see all our customers jobs arrive on time and to the right quality so helps Duncan cross check our production priorities are yours also!
Gary Nozedar - Having spent much of his first decade with us in the dark (room), Gary has kept the presses running whilst the processes of print repro have been transformed. A seasoned Mac operator Gary combines setting and planning jobs for the litho presses with helping to run our new Indigo digital press.
Neil Chapman - Like Gary, Neil has a lifetime of experience in setting and planning jobs. He has a very keen eye for detail and a healthy appetite to check proofs and plates for accuracy (its surprising how often this pays dividends before jobs are printed – or perhaps it isn't!).
Leta Harris - Could Leta be the fastest, most accurate typesetter in the West! Well, if she isn't we'd like the quickest to take a drugs test. Leta can take handwritten text mixed with a carrier bag of notes to create a finished book – no hand writing is illegible to Leta! A great asset with book work and periodicals.
Allan Hall - 20 plus years with the business. The main operator of the 5 colour press. Keeps the press in tip top order to produce impeccable print and expects nothing less of the machine (and himself)
Steve Parker - Like Allan in his third decade with the business. Very versatile and happy to turn his hand to any of the presses, whether 1, 2 or 5 colour.
Mike Brock - A superb addition to our team and equally happy on any of the presses. With an eye to the future Mike has also taken on our Indigo Digital press which is benefiting from the precise eye for detail he keeps on our litho presses.
Brian Ord - Brian is a stalwart of the business with over 30 years service to the business having started at our old Tenbury Press premises. Brian can turn his hand to most things on the versatile SRA3 presses and is a flexible extra pair of hands in our finishing department.
Nick Edwards - Nick's been with us so long he can remember the last time the business moved! There is no harder worker than Nick. He keeps our paper store in order and is our main guillotine operator. He also runs the Muller Martini 6 station gather, stitch, trim line.
Colin Gardner - Colin is our longest serving member of staff. He has a very keen eye for detail and is very able at proofing text. Colin is our main folder operator and also helps run the polywrap line.
Shirley Probert - She can't have been with us for 2 decades and more, she’s looking ever younger! What we can vouch for is that Shirley's speed of hand remains the same as does her attention to detail.
Leah Dawson - Works alongside Shirley to help with the myriad of tasks which make up 'hand finishing', from NCR pads, to Calendars and short run booklets.
