Behind all our sites is the brief of our customers. Every project begins with meetings to clarify the objectives of the site. This is normally a shared process so we can input ideas which hopefully will help achieve the objectives. To hit the mark we need to grasp your vision and understand your customers (or visitors). We try to understand the 'tone' of the site you have in mind. Is it contemporary or classical? Is there key functionality within the site which has to hit the visitor immediately? Is a prominent search engine position with the likes of Google or Yahoo an important objective?

We produce a site specification which outlines our understanding of the brief, the structure of the site and summarises our proposed approach (and of course costs).
